I hate to talk like this on your website T-Mac but I think you know damn well yourself that when you’re 100% that nobody can stop your domination. I would like to see you and the rest of the Rockets (including Ron Artest) take it next year. If they can get that far without you and Yao, imagine what they’ll do with you and Yao, and Ron, and Shane Battier who made Kobe Bryant take 50 shots to get 30 points in the Lakers-Rockets series. Just take your time T, and maybe some massage therapy every now and then, or maybe frequently will help your knee.

It’s crazy here in Orlando man! Too bad I’m not a Magic fan no more tho lol. Yo T-mac, I hope you take this as an assault man. It seems when you leave a team they end up getting better, it’s almost like guys hold back when ur on the court with them and take off when you’re gone. Take your time and make sure that when you come back you’re 100% healthy this has to be a wild year for you sort of like the first three years you had in Orlando. You gotta get back to what made people fall in love with your game. Go on youtube and look at some of the games you had in Orlando how u were playing then. You don’t have to have the superman hops but you still should be breaking your man down off the dribble getting quick easy buckets. And I think you should look at some of the games from the 02-03 season the form you had when you were shooting I think you should go back to shooting like that man. I wish you well with your rehab man and like I said when you come back make sure ur 100%.

The question in everybody’s mind is, Should we Trade T-Mac?.. THE ANSWER IS NO WAY!!! Guys have you forgotten that tmac brought flair and creativity to this team. Maybe he doesn’t score 40 points a night.. But he gets everybody involved and the defense has to focus on him 80% of the time, so that opens everybody up. The ball has to go through Yao, that’s a no brainer.. but tmac can turn any situation in to a great play whether its pass or shoot. What we are witnessing right now with the rockets is just a team who finally got consistency back.. especially in their roster.. Did you guys forget that last year Yao went out and Tmac carried the team to the exact same situation.. People ruled us out of the playoffs and he got us in .. As far as I’m concerned, objectively speaking, the best playoff players today are you and Kobe. You are by far the best all around player in the game, though (you have played the point, the 2, 3, and the 4 – ask Dirk Nowiski about that). The injury bug has kept the Rockets from winning a title up to this point, but I’m sure with a healthy Tmac and Yao and the supporting cast you have now, the Rockets will get there.

I hope you read this Tracy, because I just want to say what an amazing player you are and the impact you have on the game and myself personally. It seems everyone has forgotten about you because of your injury and the fact that the Rockets finally made it out the first round without you. 我想向大家通报一下我自己的近况，我昨天已经接受了肩部手术，手术非常成功。我的左肩关节一直有伤，在相当长的一段时间里困扰着我，同时影响了我在比赛场上的状态，所以我最终决定接受一次彻底手术来减轻痛楚感。我必须感谢拉什大学医疗中心的科尔医生，他是我两个手术的主刀医生，并且对我进行了很好的照顾。我此次的肩部手术恢复起来会比较快，所以在我的膝盖手术接近康复的时候，肩部也会痊愈。

我的膝盖恢复得很好，一切康复工作都在有条不紊展开，各个过程进展比较顺利，不过我现在还不能跑动或做与篮球相关的运动。几周前，我已经可以开始到游泳池中接受康复训练了。我现在的目标就是在火箭新赛季训练营开始的时候回归，我正在尽最大可能努力接受康复训练，以争取到那个时候能够做好准备。

Good to see your update. How are you?
I want to see you at the court badly.
I think you should set up a recover’s army when you will be able to play basketball, you know, with Shane, Ron, or Yao. They would definitely help you out.
And you should focus on your left right movement, just look at Hedo Turkoglu, he is surely not athletic, can’t really jump, but his left right movement is great.
Besides, don’t eat too much during the summer. XD
