Can you give me advice: i do drills 6 X a week( one day to rest my body) because my dream is to play in the nba.. i usually do 300 my training regime is 300 drill makes on jumpshots and i do drillbing drills conditooining stuff weight training jumping exerices post drills, freethrows
but im not really sure on how many drilll makees i should do on my jumpshot.
on school days i do 100 – 150 drills makes ball handeling and post.

is 300 good or what do you say for me to do?? or what do you recommand me to do?thanks-marcus

I have had chronic back problems for 25 years. After reading about your sucess eith John Patterson I went to see him myself yesterday. T-Mac, I’ve just recently moved from Sydney (NSW) Australia to Bunbury (WA) Australia to play in our semi pro league.In the Sydney team i felt as though i wasn’t getting the chances i deserved but now i’ve got more room to be a general on the floor and show the skill i know i have to hopefully make it pro back home in Sydney for the Kings. So the adjustment seems hard but am working at it. I was thinking how did you overcome your situation from being traded from the raptors to the magic and become better known as a superstar?

I have been a fan of the Rockets since 1974 when I used to listen to Gene Peterson and Jim Foley announce the games on the radio in Junior High. Gene used to say “bingo” every time the Rockets made a basket back in the days of Rudy T, Murph, Mike Newlin, way before you were born. A lot of sport analysts are not giving the Rockets credit or even giving the Rockets a chance of advancing in the playoffs since Yao’s injury. I think they are wrong, particularly 3 reasons; 1. The Rockets have the deepest bench in the NBA – everyone contributes, Landry, Novak, Hayes, there isn’t much of a downgrade once you replace the starters. 2. Since’s Yoa’s absence, the Rockets have become more dependent on team speed, there is a lot of youth and energy on this team. 3. The defensive prowess is a vital part of our success. I guess the real test will come when we play the Lakers and Celtics in upcoming back to back games. I have a good feeling about this team, and haven’t been this excited since the ’95 season. My real concern is how we will be able to defend teams with a real strong center presence – particularly the Lakers.

Hi Tracy, my name is Arthur Brenke and i’m from Brazil. I know you have a lot of questions to read and answer, so i don’t expect you to read mine because you’re a very busy player, but i need to write this with my hart.

Here in Brazil i play for a team and we have never won anything. We haven’t event gone to the playoffs. THis year i’ll try to win a championship. I’ll try to win it for you. im really in love with basketball and i know thatit can very well be my future im only 12 in the 6th grade and i play with tree teams all at once i have to travel to get to the other twoo teams for practice it takes about 15 minutes.do u have any advice for me so that i can play at the college level
